Jellymoon Yoga is offering online Hatha Yoga classes. Hatha Yoga includes yoga poses (asana) and breathing (pranayama) exercises. Hatha means Sun and Moon.
Our body and mind are deeply connected. Asana practice refreshes and tones your body. Pranayama practice gives you tranquil breathing and creates space in your mind. These practices will help maintain and enhance your body and mind health.
The styles of classes we are offering online are Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Private Yoga classes. You are able to comfortably practice from your own home.

Online Hatha Yoga 1 class
This is an all level Hatha Yoga class. Hatha Yoga includes yoga poses (asana) and breathing (pranayama) exercises. This breathing, relaxing passive posture, and active posture practice will tone the physical and mental balance. This class will help maintain and enhance your body and mind health. Our prenatal yoga class is appropriate for all stages of
pregnancy. This class will focus on effective breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, hip openers, as well as postures to releases. Prenatal Yoga is a perfect way to restore and relax at all stages of motherhood, connect better with baby and prepare your body and mind for childbirth. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
